The goal is to create an informative and inspirational video about childhood psoriasis. The conversation should cover the physical, mental and social implications of the disease as well as provide advice for other children and teens experiencing psoriasis.

Shoot Day Agenda

8:00 - 9:00: Golf shots

- Meet at golf course and shoot according to the below document. 

9:30: Participants and Takeda arrive to Airbnb. 

10:00 - 1:00pm: Interview style shoot with Pierce

- Jesse will ask a series of questions as agreed upon ahead of time to Pierce.  

1:00 - 2:00pm: Lunch Break

- Jumo Health will provide lunch

2:00 - 4:00pm:  Interview Tracy

- Jesse will ask a series of questions as agreed upon ahead of time to Tracy.  

4:00 - 5:00pm: B-roll 

- anything we feel is still missing

 

How to Prepare

What to Wear
We will capture a variety of shots from wide to close up, so your full body may be in frame. Wear something that you feel comfortable wearing on camera all day. Generally speaking we ask that you NOT wear all white, all black, or bright colors. Please avoid thin stripes/lines, busy patterns and logos or other text. You may wear solid colors or large patters. Please dress appropriately for the shoot locations weather and please bring an extra outfit just in case.
Hair & Makeup
Please come prepared and camera ready with your hair and makeup done to your liking. Feel free to bring any hair or makeup products that you may need for touching-up through out the day.
Refreshments
There will be light snacks and water provided. Lunch will be provided by Jumo Health. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions/preferences prior to the shoot. Feel free to bring any foods or beverages that suit your specific dietary needs to keep you satisfied during the shoot.
Props and setting
We will film this video in a home-like setting. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable on set, so please let us know if there are any concerns about accessibility. Please bring any photos or other memorabilia you feel relate to your story! The following items will be specifically helpful for this shoot: framed family photos, golf gear, homework/textbook, hat/cap, golf clothes (separate outfit from the interview).
